Terms of Service

Wingman Appliance Repair – Terms of Service

If you contract with Wingman Appliance Repair (the “Company”) to perform service (the “Customer”), the following Terms and Conditions (“General Terms and Conditions of Service”) will govern the services rendered and any parts or goods supplied. It is the Customer’s responsibility to read and understand these Terms before permitting any work to begin. Permitting our technician to commence service signifies full acceptance of these Terms.

NON-REFUNDABLE DIAGNOSTIC FEE
A non-refundable Diagnostic Fee will be charged for all non-warranty service visits. This fee covers technician travel and time to diagnose the appliance issue and will be quoted before the appointment. This fee is due whether or not service or repairs are ultimately performed.

ESTIMATE
The service estimate (“Price Quote”) includes the projected cost of required parts and labor. Acceptance of the Service Order constitutes agreement to the stated pricing and work scope. Applicable taxes are included unless otherwise noted.

PAYMENT TERMS AND COLLECTION COSTS
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit card or check. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for any returned or dishonored checks. Any unpaid balance is subject to interest at an annual rate of 18%, or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower. The Customer agrees to reimburse all collection-related costs incurred by Wingman Appliance Repair, including legal fees. A 50% deposit is required to order parts. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of service. Parts will not be ordered until the required deposit is received.

RESTOCKING FEE
If a Customer cancels service after parts have been ordered, a $30 Restocking Fee will apply. This fee covers administrative costs and supplier restocking charges. This fee is non-negotiable and will be due at the time of cancellation. If a refund is applied, the restocking fee will be taken out of the deposit.

LIMITED WARRANTY
We provide a 365-day limited warranty on parts and labor performed by Wingman Appliance Repair. Warranty coverage begins on the date of completed service or the Customer’s receipt of parts. If a defect arises within the warranty period, Customers must notify us in writing.

Wingman Appliance Repair’s obligations under this warranty are limited to:

Replacing defective parts; or

Refunding the amount paid for the defective parts or labor.

This warranty excludes:

Appliances used for commercial or industrial purposes

Cosmetic or non-functional parts (e.g., glass, knobs, panels, doors, racks)

Light bulbs

Water lines or plumbing supply components

Appliances relocated after service

Appliances with obsolete/unavailable parts

No warranty will be honored if the Customer has outstanding unpaid balances for the associated work.

Disclaimer: This limited warranty supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
Wingman Appliance Repair is not responsible for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages related to service, except in cases of personal injury directly caused by proven negligence. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, along with any signed Service Order, constitute the full agreement between the Customer and Wingman Appliance Repair and supersede all prior communications or agreements.

DAMAGE WAIVERS
By requesting service, the Customer agrees to the following waivers of liability and holds Wingman Appliance Repair and its technicians harmless for the specified scenarios:

1. Waiver of Damages When Moving Appliance
Appliance movement carries risk to surrounding property (e.g., floors, cabinets, walls). You acknowledge these risks and waive any liability for damage arising from appliance relocation.

2. Waiver of Damages When Working with Water
Working with appliances connected to water lines carries inherent risk of leaks and flooding. Except in cases of gross negligence, you waive claims for water-related damage.

3. Waiver of Damages from Failed Cooling Equipment
Failures in refrigeration systems may cause food spoilage or business disruption. You assume these risks and waive all related claims.

4. Waiver of Damages from Lifting Glass Cooktops
Lifting a ceramic/glass cooktop risks cracking due to adhesive and component fragility. You accept these risks and waive any

claims for resulting damage.

If you have questions or require clarification on any part of these Terms, please contact Wingman Appliance Repair prior to your scheduled service.
